Role Overview:

Our Client's Product Delivery & Success team, as part of the Digital Products and Services (DPS) organization, drives end-to-end delivery across Strategy and Transformation's core priorities by collaborating across functions to accelerate the client's digital transformation.

One of the key remits of the Delivery Team is to provide delivery governance and execution oversight through Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and Scrum Masters for key digital transformation programs. The TPM role is a hands-on delivery role along with people management responsibility for all Scrum Masters on the program.

Accountabilities:

Drive end-to-end technical program management across multiple, cross-functional programs from initial conception, through design and development, to delivery of tested, usable prototypes.
Work across cross-functional partners (engineering, business, product, and design) to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines across programs.
Lead a team of Scrum Masters supporting complex transformation programs by coaching them on client-specific tools, frameworks, and processes related to DevSecOps delivery.
Proactively identify technical, procedural, legal, logistical, and communication challenges and partner with leads to drive creative solutions to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
Coordinate communications across internal and external teams, including upward communication to leadership; facilitate daily/weekly meetings with senior stakeholders.
Communicate frequently with program leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap, requiring the ability to switch between strategic and tactical initiatives to achieve technical and business goals.
Manage multiple technical projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Leverage prior experience with object-oriented modelling, APIs & web services, middleware, database, and data mining systems.
Foster Agile methodologies, principles, and practices within the teams.
Monitor project status, including progress, issues, timelines, and risks, and communicate transparently with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

14+ years of work experience with 3 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager / Technical Delivery Lead, either in CPG delivery teams or with a top-tier consulting firm.
Highly quantitative with strong judgment, able to connect dots across workstreams, identify critical dependencies, and demonstrate a strong track record of delivery.
Pragmatic and iterative approach to building software, with the ability to simplify and deliver effectively while working with internal and external teams.
Ability to dive deep into infrastructure and dataset dependencies, including local requirements for feature/application deployments and integration testing prior to deployment.
Technical adaptability with knowledge of programming languages and technologies; prior development experience is an added advantage.
Strong business relationship skills, with the ability to understand underlying requirements, recommend alternative approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines.
Good understanding of SDLC models with a proven track record of efficiently shipping software.
Proven experience leading complex technical projects, driving organizational transformation initiatives (such as Agile adoption), and applying Agile SAFe frameworks or managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in program management tools (Azure DevOps, etc.) to support Agile project execution.
Experience leading high-performing teams.
Deep hands-on technical expertise with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical abilities and proven design skills.
