Job Description:

The Client s Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Architect with deep expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and MuleSoft. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, data integration, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Strategy

• Provide leadership in architecture design by defining the technical vision and direction for Salesforce implementations.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Salesforce platform architectural target state and roadmap.

• Lead architecture design for complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and integrations with external systems.

• Participate in design reviews and governance as part of architecture decision-making.

Platform & Data Architecture

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models across multiple clouds.

• Design secure data-sharing frameworks and ensure proper synchronization across Salesforce platforms.

• Lead large enterprise implementations involving multiple Salesforce clouds.

Integration & Enterprise Solutions

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft and ETL tools.

• Support large-scale data integration and migration initiatives.

• Ensure secure data propagation and compliance across integrated systems.

Technical Expertise

• Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and MuleSoft.

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps toolsets, enterprise integrations, and system architecture.

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Machine Learning is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation experience.

• Salesforce managed package evaluation, deployment, and upgrades.

• Salesforce SHIELD implementation and/or Event Monitoring experience.

• Experience with enterprise data migration and integration projects.
