Job Description:

The Client s Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) team is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Technical Lead with deep expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and strong experience in API-led connectivity and enterprise integration architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of integration solutions while mentoring developers and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Architecture & Development

• Lead the design and development of scalable and secure integration solutions including APIs, connectors, and integration flows using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Design and implement API-led connectivity architectures to integrate enterprise systems.

• Work with architects, business analysts, and IT teams to define integration requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical leadership to MuleSoft developers through mentorship, code reviews, and advocacy of best practices.

• Guide teams in implementing enterprise integration patterns and MuleSoft development standards.

Platform Management & Troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks across development, integration, and production environments.

• Manage security aspects of the MuleSoft platform including encryption, connectivity, VPN tunneling, and private space setup.

Integration Best Practices

• Implement integration patterns including REST APIs, event-driven publishing and subscription models, MuleSoft connectors, microservices architecture, and enterprise application integration (EAI).

• Stay updated with MuleSoft platform features and industry trends to continuously improve integration capabilities.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft including Anypoint Platform and CloudHub 2.0.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Strong collaboration skills with business and IT stakeholders across multiple teams and business units.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing MuleSoft solution recommendations and technical guidance across multiple projects.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Machine Learning is a plus.
