Summary

Requirements

7 or more years of experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher.
Proficiency in Oracle database administration and SQL performance tuning.
Experience with BIRT for designing and modifying analytical reporting architectures.
Experience in WebSphere Application Server and Microsoft IIS configuration.
Experience with Windows Server environments and enterprise infrastructure support.
Experience in Maximo integration framework and system upgrade lifecycles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily system administration, configuration, and technical support for the Maximo platform.
Execute complex Oracle and SQL database troubleshooting to resolve data integrity issues.
Develop and optimize BIRT reporting tools and ad-hoc analytical dashboards for business users.
Manage WebSphere and IIS middleware to ensure high availability of enterprise applications.
Coordinate system upgrades, patching, and integration activities with cross-functional technical teams.
Monitor system health and perform Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for production environment failures.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system workflows and administrative procedures.
