About the Role

We are hiring experienced Software Engineering, Data Science, and Systems Design professionals to support advanced AI system development and evaluation.

You will work on improving AI-generated outputs across code, system design, and technical reasoning—ensuring accuracy, quality, and real-world applicability.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and refine AI-generated code, system design solutions, and technical responses
Validate algorithms, data structures, and engineering concepts for correctness
Execute code and verify outputs to ensure functional accuracy
Provide structured feedback on reasoning, clarity, and completeness
Identify bugs, inefficiencies, and edge cases in model-generated outputs
Classify responses by complexity, topic, and programming language
Support benchmarking and evaluation of AI model performance

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering or related fields
Strong proficiency in at least two languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Go, Rust, SQL)
Ability to solve medium to hard-level algorithmic problems (LeetCode/HackerRank)
Experience debugging, testing, and validating code
Familiarity with LLMs in coding workflows
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation
Background in competitive programming or open-source contributions
Experience reviewing production-level code
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
