Summary

We are seeking an experienced AWS ACGR Architect to lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR) solutions in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-region architecture, high availability, and large-scale contact center migrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement ACGR and multi-region failover strategies
Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery across AWS regions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects and engineers
Drive architecture decisions aligned with security and compliance standards

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Amazon Connect (ACGR)
Expertise in AWS architecture, networking, and security
Hands-on experience with multi-region deployments and failover strategies
Experience in banking/financial services environments preferred
Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
