Job Title: AWS ACGR Architect
Location: HYBRID(Atlanta, GA)
Duration: 6-12+ months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AWS ACGR Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Amazon Connect Global Resiliency (ACGR) solutions within a highly regulated banking environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless multi-region failover capabilities for large-scale contact center platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and ACGR (Amazon Connect Global Resiliency) architecture.
Deep expertise in AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPC.
Proven experience designing multi-region, highly available architectures in AWS.
Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, CDK).
Strong understanding of AWS networking, DNS routing policies, and failover mechanisms.
Experience with large-scale contact center migrations and telephony integrations.
Solid knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks in financial services.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response in distributed systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional or Associate).
Experience in banking or financial services domain.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
Knowledge of voice/telephony technologies (SIP, IVR, CTI integrations).
