Regulatory Ops. Mgr. - Remote / Telecommute

• The Regulatory Operations Manager will be responsible for managing short-term rental regulatory product and workflow launches for jurisdictions across the globe.
• This role focuses on driving cross-functional alignment, supporting host retention initiatives, ensuring compliance management, and handling regulatory product inquiries and escalations.
• The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of operating effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in operations, product operations, program management, or project management.
• Experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurial, and highly ambiguous environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, policy, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of regulatory product and workflow launches for jurisdictions worldwide.
• Manage retention initiatives and ongoing compliance management activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory products and workflows for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Public Policy, Legal, and Geo teams to support regulatory initiatives.
• Create and maintain operational rhythms and project documentation for assigned jurisdictions.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure project milestones remain on track.
• Advocate for the host experience throughout the regulatory lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external inquiries and escalations related to regulatory products and workflows.
• Support operational improvements and process optimization initiatives.
