H.F. Lenz Engineering is seeking a multidisciplined
System Administrator to join our growing IT team in our
Johnstown, PA headquarters. The selected applicant will be a well-rounded, career-oriented, customer-focused professional. This position will entail a variety of responsibilities focused on engineering, implementing, and maintaining the Company's entire Information Technology infrastructure. This includes working both independently, and closely with a team to design, implement and maintain a reliable, secure and efficient infrastructure across our organization.

Our diverse client and project portfolio spans across the country and is focused in commercial facilities, including Education, Healthcare, Corporate and Financial institutions, Hospitality, Industrial, Government and other Mission Critical facilities.

- In-depth experience with server setup, troubleshooting, monitoring tools, systems administration and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:- Support Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows OS
- Create\deploy\maintain Windows Operating systems and configurations
- Collaborate with the team and leadership on current & future technologies
- Work with internal customers; understand business requirements, design appropriate solutions to meet them.
- Provide technical support for complex break\fix incidents in a Windows environment
- Serve as an escalation point for other technical support staff in subject matter areas.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and processes in subject matter areas Provide training when new processes, software, or tools are released.
Required Qualifications:- Associates' degree in Computer Science and five years of recent relevant. experience or a comparable combination of education, experience, and/or training.
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Operating System Server/Workstation support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with command line interfaces (CLI), and scripting languages.
- Experience with VMWare ESXi, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Server Virtualization.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management; iPADs, iPhone, Android, Cellular Hot Spots.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to travel occasionally to offsite office locations.
- Ability to obtain security clearances is required.
- Must be able to fully work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:- Database management experience; SQL, Microsoft Access, Report Builder.
- Microsoft Exchange management on premise.
- Backup/Recovery Solutions; IBM Spectrum Protect, Veeam, Quantum Tape Library.
- Storage Area Network; HPE Nimble Storage.
- Security Management; Next Generation Firewall Administration; Antivirus Software.
- VOiP Management; Cisco Unified Call Manager Administration.
- Basic Knowledge of Cisco Networking management.
