Job Summary:In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult as an expert to develop and influence initiatives across Experience Design, focusing on AI-powered solutions. You will help design and scale an AI-enabled sales enablement platform by creating structured prompt libraries, optimizing content for AI usage, and driving user experience improvements. This role blends UX design, AI adoption, and content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, innovative solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Manage multiple AI content and prompt development projects simultaneously
- Partner with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and operations
- Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather requirements and content
- Create and maintain AI prompt libraries and use case repositories
- Organize content for optimal AI grounding and user experience
- Identify opportunities for new AI use cases and workflow improvements
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to develop and evaluate outputs
- Collaborate on UX/UI design improvements and content strategies
- Ensure content is structured, scalable, and aligned with business needs
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates on progress
