POSITION: Associate - Investment Analytics and Data

WORKSITE: 6300 Bee Cave Road Building One, Austin, TX 78746

DUTIES: Provide expertise on investment reporting, including but not limited to performance calculation, portfolio characteristics, and performance attributions, to internal clients. This includes working with large datasets, performing quantitative analysis, and using SQL, T-SQL, or similar data management tools; working with C, C#, or Python; knowledge in financial market, portfolio management and portfolio analysis; and knowledge of efficiency enhancement and optimization through automation, process design, and implementation to involve software development related for large datasets. Also, will create client report solutions that the client service and investment teams can utilize for recurring client reporting. Manage business requirements for data services and distribution. Develop processes to integrate new investment ideas into client reporting for portfolio management. Manage business requirements for data services and distribution. Hybrid work schedule permitted, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home within a reasonable commuting distance from the office. #LI-DNI

MINIUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience to involve: (1) experience working with large datasets, performing quantitative analysis, and using SQL, T-SQL, or similar data management tools; (2) knowledge of at least one programming language such as C, C#, or Python; (3) experience and knowledge in financial market, portfolio management and portfolio analysis; and (4) knowledge of efficiency enhancement and optimization through automation, process design, and implementation to involve software development related for large datasets. Hybrid work schedule permitted, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.

ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept a Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Financial Engineering or a related field, and 1 year of experience or 9 graduate credit hours to involve: (1) experience working with large datasets, performing quantitative analysis, and using SQL, T-SQL, or similar data management tools; (2) knowledge of at least one programming language such as C, C#, or Python; (3) experience and knowledge in financial market, portfolio management and portfolio analysis; and (4) knowledge efficiency enhancement and optimization through automation, process design, and implementation to involve software development related for large datasets. Hybrid work schedule permitted, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home within a reasonable commuting distance from the office.
