RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that is seeking a hybrid Manager, Media to join their team. This is a highly tactical, execution-focused media role supporting the clients omni-channel media strategy.
Summary:
While titled as a Manager, this position is not ownership-heavy-it functions more as a connection role across creative, social, and paid media teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly, reports are delivered on time, and deadlines are met.
The environment is data-rich, and this person will be responsible for tracking performance and understanding which levers are driving results.
This is also a transitional team environment, with the manager actively building processes-so the ideal candidate must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and staying productive without heavy direction.
Top Responsibilities:
* Execute and support omni-channel paid media strategy
* Act as liaison between creative, social, and paid media teams
* Ensure timely reporting, campaign delivery, and deadline adherence
* Monitor campaign performance metrics
* Track media spend, budgets, and reporting outputs
* Support agency coordination, reporting, and execution alignment
* Assist in understanding what worked historically
* Partner cross-functionally across marketing, analytics, and media teams
* Support execution tied to earned media boosting via paid channels
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of media buying/planning experience
* Experience working agency-side or heavily with agencies
Strong understanding of:
* Creative rotations
* Campaign timelines and dependencies
* Media execution workflows
* Strong analytical mindset
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with evolving processes
* Proven ability to manage execution + coordination across teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
