You will lead the ongoing development, governance, and expansion of the organization’s Anaplan environment, while partnering closely with FP&A and business leaders to deliver scalable planning solutions. This role combines hands-on model building, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional leadership to elevate how the business plans, analyzes, and executes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the company’s Anaplan ecosystem, including data hubs, spoke models, hierarchies, and governance structures
  • Lead the design, build, and enhancement of Anaplan models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  • Drive the execution of the Anaplan roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity by overseeing integrations, reconciliations, and monthly financial tie-outs within Anaplan
  • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Operations, and other business units to translate requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions
  • Provide actionable insights and executive-level reporting using Anaplan and complementary analytics tools
  • Mentor and develop junior team members within the FP&A Projects and Anaplan COE function
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and advanced analytics capabilities

Key Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or connected planning, with direct, hands-on Anaplan experience required
  • Proven expertise building, maintaining, and scaling Anaplan models in a corporate environment (this is a core requirement)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret GAAP and non-GAAP financial statements
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, R, or Python
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and financial/reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, Workiva) preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a high degree of ownership and intellectual curiosity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge finance and technology teams

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $108,675 – $188,370, along with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus. The organization also provides comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, and a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
