About the RoleAs a Software Engineer specializing in mobile development, you will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality applications across iOS and Android platforms. You will work on complex, large-scale engineering initiatives that require deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
In this role, you'll contribute to building accessible, user-centric mobile experiences while addressing complex engineering challenges and evolving business needs.
Responsibilities- Design, architect, and develop robust mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Lead and contribute to complex, large-scale engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact.
- Analyze and solve multifaceted technical challenges involving multiple variables, including emerging or ambiguous factors.
- Ensure solutions meet functional, compliance, and accessibility requirements (e.g., WCAG standards).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical strategies and deliver scalable solutions.
- Contribute to best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and consult with internal teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related technical fields.
- 5+ years of experience designing and developing mobile applications for iOS or Android.
- 5+ years of experience in Android development.
- 5+ years of experience in iOS development.
- 3+ years of experience in mobile solutions engineering.
- 1+ year of experience implementing accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0 or 2.1.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with modern iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Experience with modern Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns and performance optimization.
- Experience building accessible and inclusive user experiences.
- Ability to work in complex environments and influence technical direction across teams.
