Summary

Job Title: Workday Integration Senior Developer (Workday Certified)

Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite Local candidates preferred)

Duration: 6 Months

Job Overview

We are looking for a Workday Integration Senior Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing Workday integrations and financial systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs, along with a strong understanding of Workday Financials.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design integration solutions, troubleshoot system issues, and support HR and Finance data strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integration Development

Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio.

Build and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations.

Develop complex reports required for integration processes.

Integration & System Support

Troubleshoot and resolve Workday integration issues and ensure system reliability.

Integrate Workday with external technologies and vendor systems.

Ensure integrations are fully tested, optimized, and production-ready.

Business Collaboration

Work with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, HR, and Legal teams to gather requirements.

Identify and address business process gaps and system pain points.

Support the organization s HR data and analytics strategy.

Product & Process Improvement

Contribute functional expertise to enhance Workday product capabilities, workflows, and features.

Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation development.

Help build delivery assets and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience with Workday integrations.

Hands-on experience with Workday APIs, EIB, PECI, PICOF, Workday Studio, and Core Connector for Worker.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead role managing integration projects.

Strong understanding of Workday functional modules.

Certifications

Workday Certification is mandatory.

Certifications in Integration Core, CCTPP, and Workday Studio are a plus.
