Land Systems Specialist

Position Summary

The Integration Specialist will provide hands-on application support, troubleshoot integrations and data issues, and support application testing and defect resolution during an upgrade.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the application and maintain a strong understanding of its underlying land data.


• Troubleshoot SQL and integration issues, including:
  
  
  
  • Data mapping
  
  
  • Interface failures
  
  
  • Data reconciliation
  
  
  
  


• Take over an existing integration through knowledge transfer and documentation.


• Perform application testing and troubleshoot defects to support the upgrade.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on application support experience.


• Strong knowledge of underlying land data.


• Experience with SQL troubleshooting.


• Experience troubleshooting integrations, including data mapping, interface failures, and reconciliation.


• Ability to quickly assume responsibility for an existing integration through knowledge transfer and documentation.


• Experience with application testing and defect troubleshooting.
