Entry-Level IT Support Opportunity - Training Provided

• 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (CompTIA A+, IT coursework, or Computer Science degree)
• Strong interest in building technical skills and learning new tools

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Reliable transportation - this role follows a hybrid work schedule

Shift Options

This team supports a 24x7 environment, so flexibility is key. We offer:

• Weekday and weekend schedules
• Daytime and overnight shifts

Ideal for candidates who want options or need non-traditional hours.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a true entry-level support role with full training. You will work closely with experienced technicians while gaining exposure to a wide range of IT issues.
Daily responsibilities include:

• Responding to incoming support tickets
• Assisting users via email, chat, and occasional in-person support
• Troubleshooting common end-user issues such as:
  • Active Directory password resets
  • Authentication and login problems
  • WiFi and basic connectivity issues
  • Printer and hardware troubleshooting

This role values professionalism, communication, punctuality, and reliability just as much as technical skill.

This is a Contract position based out of Coppell, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $18.00/hr.
