Job Description:

What will you do in this role
Direct manage plan and administer Project activities of a division business area
Manage complex and cross functional programs and Projects from design and development until production
Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration
Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation
Develop plan and schedule the development introduction communication and maintenance of all Projects
Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention
Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team
Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team
Determine the impact of changes on the business case and reforecast value creation
Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation
Has worked on large transformation IT programs has technical background worked in SAFe Agile or Agile implementations

Skills
What you need to be successful in this role
BABS or an equivalent combination of education andor experience
PMP Project Management Professional certification
8 years of project management program management or IT management including financial and schedule performance reporting
5 years of experience managing crossfunctional and endtoend IT business processes
Experience in all phases of systems development from concept through installation and maintenance 5 years of experience in required technology
Master level proficiency in automated project management tools such as Microsoft Project
Advanced proficiency in analytical organizational project management interpersonal and communication skills verbal and written
