Position Title: SAP Functional BRIM Specialist - Convergent Invoicing (CI)

Location: Hybrid; Remote Off-Site and On-Site in Middletown, PA
Duration: 24+ Month Project

Note: Hybrid work environment is expected to be 1-week per month on-site in Middletown PA, varying with project needs.  In addition to the PA ePATCH background check, PTC requires a National Criminal Background Check prior to engagement start.

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional BRIM Specialist - Convergent Invoicing (CI) to configure and support Convergent Invoicing (CI) processes; billing, invoicing, and invoicing aggregation; integrated with FICA and GL.  Will own end-to-end billing/O2C solution design, working closely with Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM) teams and cross-functional finance, billing, and technical teams.

Our SAP Functional BRIM Specialist - Convergent Invoicing (CI) will perform the following duties;
- CI Configuration & Design: Configure/support billing, invoicing, billing document creation, and invoicing aggregation; design billing/invoicing solutions integrated with FICA and GL.
- Requirements & Process: Gather/document business requirements; translate into functional designs and configurations; support end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash processes (invoice creation, adjustments, reversals).
- CC/CM Collaboration: Work with Convergent Charging and Convergent Mediation teams to ensure accurate upstream data flow into invoicing.
- External Integration: Support integration with CRM, payment platforms, and ERP systems for billing/invoicing.
- Data Migration & Testing: Assist with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation; develop/execute test cases; support SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
- Production Support: Provide post-go-live support — monitor billing runs and invoicing jobs, resolve issues; ensure compliance with financial controls, audit, and regulatory standards.
- Documentation: Create/maintain functional designs, test scripts, and process procedures.

Skills and Experience:
- 3+ Years: SAP BRIM experience with a strong focus on Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- 1+ full-cycle SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementation
- Hands-on billing/invoicing configuration: billing plans, invoicing functions, FI-CA integration
- Strong understanding of end-to-end billing and Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience supporting high-volume transaction environments
- Experience with data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support
- Familiarity with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or JIRA
- Integration experience between CI and Convergent Charging (CC) / Convergent Mediation (CM) is a plus
- Invoice formatting, correspondence, and output management experience is a plus
- Financial integrations experience (GL postings, revenue recognition) is a plus
- Experience in utilities, tolling, telecommunications, or other usage-based billing environments is a plus
- Familiarity with Fiori, ServiceNow, and ITIL/ITSM practices is a plus
