Description
Our client, a global technology company known for creating industry-shaping products and experiences, is seeking an Asset Production Specialist to join a growing team. The Asset Operations team supports asset management, quality control, and publishing for a major media platform, working closely with design and business partners to ensure deliverables meet the highest standards. Key Qualifications
3+ years of production operations work in digital media or entertainment
Manage and drive workflow process for design assets
Experience with creative assets (static and motion) for quality checks
Proven track record of executing at a high-level in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills to align across stakeholders
Follow and adapt to changing deadlines
Proficient at learning new tools
This team plays a central role in supporting content delivery and management across a suite of digital services. Working closely with design, business, and production partners, the group helps bring engaging, high-quality user experiences to life through thoughtful execution of design deliverables.
The Asset Production Specialist will operate in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment, taking ownership of managing, reviewing, and preparing design assets for final delivery. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet rigorous quality standards.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to follow established guidelines with precision. Strong communication skills, proactive status updates, and a willingness to go above and beyond are key to success in this role.

This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
