Our client is looking for an Agentic AI Change Management & Adoption/Rollout Specialist for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Change Management with AI

Location: Charolette, NC

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field with overall of 13-14+ years.
  • 6–12 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change Management (OCM), Digital Transformation, or Technology Adoption initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology rollout and user adoption programs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI transformation initiatives, including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-driven platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
  • Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, onboarding, and user adoption programs.
  • Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into business-friendly communications for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking adoption KPIs, user engagement, productivity, and ROI metrics.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with business leaders, technical teams, and executive sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support the successful rollout and adoption of Agentic AI solutions across the organization.
  • Create rollout plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, communication plans, and change impact assessments for AI transformation initiatives.
  • Lead user awareness, onboarding, training, and enablement programs to drive AI adoption and maximize business value.
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness for AI implementation.
  • Identify change risks, adoption barriers, and resistance, while developing mitigation strategies to improve user acceptance.
  • Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics, usage analytics, productivity improvements, and return on investment (ROI) for AI initiatives.
  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, FAQs, and training documentation to support end users.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and responsible AI adoption across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Participate in governance meetings, project planning sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and change management best practices.
