Job Position: Area Customer Service Coordinator. Managed Services Onsite (Contract Role)

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Overview
Support daily operations, implementations, and service delivery for multiple Managed Services customer accounts across an assigned area
Provide onsite customer support, mailroom, print, and administrative services while traveling between client locations
Key Responsibilities
Support daily operations for contracted services across multiple customer sites
Provide onsite coverage for absences, vacations, training, and implementations
Handle mailroom operations, print jobs, toner replacement, and service calls
Assist management with process improvements, procedural testing, and compliance checks
Support onboarding and cross-training of team members
Maintain and review Site Procedure Guides for accuracy and best practices
Perform daily visual inspections for safety and service compliance
Collect feedback and support customer experience improvements
Escalate customer issues and assist with resolution to completion
Prepare operational data for Monthly Operations Reviews
Communicate effectively with customers, end users, and management
Travel between assigned accounts to provide operational support
Requirements
High school diploma with 12+ months of related work experience
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
Ability to travel locally between sites and cover accounts within 40–50 miles
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities
Basic math and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and bending
Preferred Qualifications
Post high school education preferred
Experience in managed services, mailroom, print, or office operations
Experience supporting multiple client locations
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Flexible availability to support varying site hours including early or late shifts
