  • Drive technology adoption by integrating advanced tracking tools, automated analytics platforms, and modern asset identification systems to optimize enterprise visibility.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external regulatory audits, developing and executing decisive corrective action plans as needed.

  • Cultivate strategic alliances with government agency representatives and key industry partners to streamline material movement and asset disposition.

  • Formulate comprehensive property management charters, strategic roadmaps, and key performance indicators to measure operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with internal program offices to align asset management resources with specific contractual deliverables.

  • Evaluate prospective contracts and program proposals to build standardized, compliant property administration frameworks from project inception.

  • Direct end-to-end shipping and receiving operations for company and government-owned property to achieve cost-effective, timely transit.

  • Select, qualify, and manage third-party freight forwarders and logistics providers to maintain high service levels.

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that accelerate transit times, minimize supply chain delays, and optimize overall transportation spend.

  • Safeguard all shipments by ensuring hazardous, perishable, or classified assets are packaged and handled in accordance with strict safety directives.

  • Design and deliver structured training curricula to elevate team awareness surrounding logistics rules, security protocols, and property regulations.

What You Bring
