Role Overview
BlackLine is seeking a hands-on Gemini AI Expert to lead applied GenAI adoption across business functions. This role will focus on identifying business use cases, building AI-enabled solutions using Gemini, and enabling internal teams through structured training and knowledge transfer.
The consultant will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to design, prototype, and operationalize practical AI use cases while ensuring strong adoption across the organization.
Scope of Work / Responsibilities
- Identify, define, and implement Gemini AI use cases across business functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
- Design and build practical, production-ready AI workflows and prototypes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional needs into AI-enabled solutions.
- Conduct workshops, enablement sessions, and hands-on training for end users and project teams.
- Provide guidance and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of AI tools and processes.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams to align AI solutions with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Document use cases, implementation approaches, and best practices for reuse across the organization.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics roles.
- Hands-on experience working with Gemini AI modules.
- Proven experience delivering AI solutions for business functions (HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.).
- Hands-on experience coaching and training team members on AI tools, workflows, and best practices.
- Strong experience conducting workshops, enablement sessions, and user training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with C-level executives and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM solution design.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS environments.
- Experience driving AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of responsible AI and governance practices.
- Experience integrating AI tools with enterprise applications.
