Pay Range: $20/hr - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, code, and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
- Set up and maintain vendor records.
- Support contract preparation and execution.
- Track vendor documentation and maintain vendor management records.
- Audit invoices and verify payment status.
- Review and maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
- Assist with accounts receivable and financial documentation as needed.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, security personnel, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support operational improvements by identifying process efficiencies.
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative support for the property management team.
- Participate in operational audits and compliance initiatives when required.
- Maintain accurate management and leasing contract records.
- Assist with onboarding and training activities for new team members as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have; Must have 5 years of recent experience in Property Administration, Property Management, Accounts Payable, Commercial Real Estate, or a related administrative role
- Must have strong Accounts Payable experience including vendor setup, invoice processing & coding, invoice auditing, and payment verification
- Must have experience with vendor management, vendor communication, and contract administration
- 5 years of experience in Property Administration, Accounts Payable, Commercial Real Estate, or a related administrative role.
- Strong Accounts Payable (AP) experience is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially professional email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience reviewing invoices, contracts, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
