Summary

We are looking for IT Support Technician for our client in Roseville, CA
Job Title: IT Support Technician
Job Location: Roseville, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr
  • Provide technical support for internal systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot moderate to complex system and software issues.
  • Respond to support requests received via email and other channels.
  • Escalate critical or high visibility issues to appropriate teams.
  • Maintain strong understanding of internal workflows, systems, and user functions.
  • Support continuous improvement of service quality and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform additional support tasks as required.
Requirements/Must Have:
  • Strong experience in help desk or technical support roles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of service desk processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of technical support or help desk experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting enterprise level systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide end user support and issue resolution.
  • Escalate and track issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain system knowledge and support documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and service standards.
  • Support organizational processes and improvement initiatives.
Skills:
  • Technical troubleshooting and support.
  • Customer service and communication.
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking.
  • Time management and organization.
  • Team collaboration.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
