Oracle Manufacturing & Inventory Functional Lead

Job Description

• We are seeking a hands-on Functional Lead to design, implement, and stabilize Contract Manufacturing integration processes within Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Inventory.
• This role will own end-to-end processes across Work in Process (WIP), Inventory, Purchase Orders, Lot/Serial control, and Costing, while ensuring seamless integration with external systems and contract manufacturers. The focus is on solution design, issue resolution, data accuracy, and process standardization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Contract Manufacturing integration flows (Oracle external systems CM)
• Manage end-to-end Work Order lifecycle (create, issue, complete, close) and inventory transactions
• Support PO, receiving, drop shipment, and transfer order processes
• Define and enforce lot/serial control and data accuracy across systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional, data, and integration issues, including recurring failures
• Work with technical teams on integration design, sequencing, and data flow validation
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure correct data exchange and process adherence
• Support costing and financial alignment for WIP and inventory transactions
• Drive process improvements, reduce manual workarounds, and stabilize operations

• Lot and Serial number control
• WIP issue, completion, and closure
• Inventory & WIP Costing
• Experience in contract manufacturing and integration-driven environments
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with lot traceability, serial tracking, and compliance-driven processes
