Position: Systems Specialist (Oracle Data Integrator / Oracle Analytics Cloud)

Location: Hybrid in NYC, NY

Duration: 6-12+ months

Mode of Interview: Video

Client is seeking a System Specialist to support Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) , Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), ETL development, and data modeling initiatives. The team has new projects and enhancement work that extend beyond the support activities currently handled by their managed service provider. Candidates must be strong in ODI, ETL, Data Modeling, OAC, and PL/SQL experience.

What the environment / Sell:

Highly visible environment built around ODI, Oracle Fusion, OAC, & Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse.

Data is developed and maintained within ODI and Oracle Fusion, transformed into models, and those same data models support OAC reporting and dashboards.

Day to Day:

Develop and support ODI solutions

Build and enhance ETL processes

Design and maintain data models

Support OAC reporting and dashboards by defining, specifying, and implementing complex reports

Work on enhancements to existing environments

Support new initiatives

Work with business users to gather and translate requirements

Provide technical oversight of managed service provider efforts

Participate in resolution and technical support

Collaboration across IT, stakeholders, vendors, and project teams

Must Haves:

Oracle Data Integrator

ETL

Data Modeling

Oracle Analytics Cloud

Oracle PL/SQL (3-5 years in a professional capacity)

Plus:

Experience developing and supporting ODI ETLs

Experience building and maintaining data models

Experience creating and supporting OAC reports

Experience working with users to define, specify, and implement reporting solutions.

Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex data models and database queries

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
