Duration: 12-Month Contract Assignment
About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Access Management Analyst to join the Technology Operations and Information Security team. In this role, you will support enterprise access management by provisioning, modifying, and removing database access for internal users across multiple lines of business. You will collaborate with database administrators, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure access permissions are granted appropriately, securely, and in compliance with established policies.

This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing excellent customer support while maintaining strong security controls.
What You'll Do
  • Provision, modify, and revoke user access across database platforms and enterprise applications.
  • Partner with Database Administrators (DBAs), application teams, and business stakeholders to determine appropriate levels of user access.
  • Review and fulfill access requests in accordance with security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot access-related issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Manage and track requests using ticketing systems and workflow tools.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Document procedures, decisions, and access management activities.
  • Support operational service levels in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Technology Operations, Information Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Database Administration support, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience provisioning database access, including:
    • Creating user accounts
    • Modifying user permissions
    • Revoking access
    • Granting privileges
  • Experience with one or more of the following database platforms:
    • Oracle
    • Microsoft SQL Server
    • Teradata
    • PostgreSQL
    • Yugabyte
    • IBM DB2
  • Experience working with ticketing or service management platforms such as:
    • ServiceNow
    • Remedy
    • ART
    • PAC2000
    • Similar enterprise ticketing systems
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within security, access management, or compliance-focused teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of access governance and security best practices.
