Adobe Marketing Technology Consultant

**Remote role that MUST sit in continental US**
Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Technology consultant to augment our team with deep Adobe Workfront expertise. This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Provider Services, and Producer Services to improve business processes, design scalable workflows, and implement automation solutions that increase efficiency and visibility across the organization.
The consultant will be responsible for both enhancing existing Workfront capabilities and designing and implementing new workflow solutions that support evolving business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced expertise in Adobe Workfront/Workfront Fusion administration, configuration, and workflow design.
Proven experience leading business process improvement initiatives and translating business requirements into scalable workflow solutions.
Experience building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows and operational processes.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Legal, Provider Services, and Producer Services.
Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day platform operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICTIONS
Experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
Understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, customer journeys, campaign operations, and data-driven marketing processes.
Ability to identify opportunities for integration and automation across Adobe Experience Cloud products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess and improve existing business processes and workflows within Adobe Workfront.
Design, configure, and implement new workflow and automation solutions.
Maintain and optimize current Workfront workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and governance practices.
Partner with cross-functional business teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Provide recommendations for platform best practices, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Support adoption, documentation, and change management activities related to implemented solutions.
Contribute expertise across the broader Adobe ecosystem where applicable, including Marketo, Customer Journey Analytics, and Adobe Experience Platform.
The ideal candidate combines hands-on Adobe Workfront technical expertise with strong consulting and process improvement skills, bringing a proactive approach to workflow optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
