Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using integration development tools and enterprise integration technologies.
- Configure and support data interfaces between Workday and external applications and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize integrations to ensure reliable data exchange and system performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver integration solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Workday integrations, integration development, troubleshooting, and enterprise HR system interfaces.
