Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Develop and configure AI workflows and agent-based solutions using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or visual workflow builders. Support autonomous pipeline development and tool integrations for reliable API execution.
Implement and maintain RAG solutions, including retrieval strategies and context injection, to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated responses.
Participate in discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current-state processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation.
Test, troubleshoot, and refine AI agents based on business requirements and user feedback. Support observability, monitoring, security guardrails, documentation, and ongoing improvements to ensure reliable and safe AI application performance.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience developing or supporting AI workflows, agent orchestration, retrieval engineering, and AI-enabled automation solutions. Specific years of experience are not specified.
Technical Skills:
LangGraph, CrewAI, AI Workflow Orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, API Integration, Tool Contract Design, Context Retrieval, AI Observability, AI Security Guardrails
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting enterprise business process analysis and automation initiatives, including identifying operational inefficiencies and translating business needs into AI-enabled workflow solutions.
Experience supporting accounting and financial operations, particularly month-end and year-end financial close processes, reconciliation activities, journal entries, and financial reporting workflows.
Experience collaborating with business, accounting, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, document current-state processes, and identify opportunities for intelligent automation.
Experience testing and refining automated business workflows, validating solutions against operational requirements, and supporting user adoption through feedback and continuous improvement.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
