Join a premier gaming studio dedicated to managing and evolving celebrated strategy titles. As a Technical Producer, you will work closely with production and engineering leads to coordinate feature development, manage internal and external developer relationships, and streamline workflows in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering leads to plan, scope, prioritize, and schedule technical feature development and sprint lifecycles.
  • Track project progress, manage risk, and keep internal project tracking tools up to date to support predictable delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate consistent communication across internal cross-functional groups and external development vendors.
  • Drive the creation of clear technical documentation and champion efficient development processes across globally distributed teams.



qualifications:

4+ years of project management experience within a game development studio environment.


Proven experience working directly with engineering teams utilizing the Unreal Engine ecosystem.


Demonstrated history of ownership through a full production lifecycle, with verified credits on at least 3 shipped PC or console titles.


High proficiency utilizing industry-standard tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.


Must be able to be onsite in Redmond, WA 3 days a week


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Previous game publishing experience paired with a history of collaborating across global time zones.


Foundational understanding of engineering pipelines, including code commit workflows and pull requests (PRs).


Hands-on experience executing frameworks under Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
