Pay Range: $65- $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of FHIR-based APIs and solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Ensure compliance with HEDIS measures and reporting standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams on data integration and interoperability
- Act as SME for healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases)
- Optimize data workflows for scalability and performance
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 8+ years in Healthcare IT / Product Management
- Strong hands-on experience with FHIR (HL7 standards, APIs, resources)
- Deep understanding of HEDIS measures and compliance
- Experience working as Product Manager / Product Owner (Agile)
- Strong techno-functional expertise (business + technical alignment)
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare data integration
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of HL7 standards beyond FHIR
- Experience with US healthcare systems (payer/provider)
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience working with large enterprise environments
