Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician to provide onsite IT support in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Windows desktops, imaging, Active Directory, printers, hardware, and basic networking while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and technical support.
Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity.
Support Active Directory administration.
Perform routine maintenance, software installations, and Windows updates.
Assist with server support and infrastructure maintenance.
Maintain documentation and follow IT best practices.
Deliver excellent customer service while supporting end users.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Notes

This position is 100% onsite.
Occasional support may be required at nearby company facilities.
