Batch Support Analyst Location: Hybrid primarily onsite in Nashville, TN (with some remote flexibility)

Hey there!

We're looking for a sharp, dependable Batch Support Analyst to keep our critical automated batch processes running smoothly and efficiently. You'll schedule jobs, monitor everything in real time, quickly troubleshoot issues, and team up with developers and business folks to make things even better all while using your automation and scripting skills to keep operations humming.

What You'll Do

Create, schedule, update, and monitor batch jobs using tools like Control-M, MFT, and Oracle Utilities Application Framework (plus shell scripts when needed).
Be our go-to expert on batch processing ready to jump in during on-call rotations for 24x7 support.
Quickly diagnose and fix job failures or delays by digging into logs and monitoring tools.
Lead incident response, figure out root causes, and put fixes in place so problems don t come back.
Work closely with the C2M Dev Team, TechArch, and Center of Excellence to keep batch operations aligned with business needs.
Proactively watch schedules and performance tweaking things to run faster, more reliably, and on time.
Keep clear documentation and share regular reports on performance, incidents, and key metrics.

What You Bring

Solid experience with Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
Hands-on skill with batch scheduling tools (especially Control-M and MFT).
Comfortable scripting in modern languages (shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis mindset.
Great at communicating and collaborating across teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, WAM, or the Application Framework (or electric utilities background).
SQL/database familiarity.
Exposure to C#, Java, or SDLC processes.
ITIL or similar certifications.
