<>Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Delivery) with a strong background in IFS Cloud to lead and manage implementation and enhancement activities. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of experience, with a proven track record of participating in 4 5 active projects. This role requires the ability to interpret customer requirements, provide analysis and effort estimation, and effectively manage project demands and priorities while engaging with both customers and offshore teams.

<>Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IFS Cloud implementation and enhancement projects from initiation to closure.
• Interpret customer requirements and provide detailed analysis and effort estimation for project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including effort planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Engage with customers to manage demands, priorities, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate and collaborate with offshore and remote teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within project delivery.

<>Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with IFS Cloud, including implementation and enhancement management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer requirements and provide accurate effort estimations.
• Demonstrated experience in effort planning, prioritization, and resource management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in managing remote teams and coordinating project activities across different time zones.

<>Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

<>Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 -15 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically with IFS Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast paced environment.
