Senior Process Improvement Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Specialist.

Responsibilities:
* Assess current data and technology processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Design and implement streamlined workflows, standards, roles, and operating procedures
* Improve processes related to delivery, governance, prioritization, reporting, and dependency management
* Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve reporting and visibility
* Develop practical documentation, templates, dashboards, and process tools
* Partner with cross-functional technical and business teams to drive process improvements
* Facilitate working sessions, resolve process and ownership challenges, and support decision-making
* Pilot improvements, gather feedback, and support adoption through communication and training
* Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure improvements are sustainable

REQUIREMENTS:
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise data, technology, or a related field
* Experience leading cross-functional process improvement or operational transformation initiatives
* Strong ability to translate technical and business needs into practical processes and solutions
* Experience with data platforms, architecture, governance, analytics, automation, or related areas
* Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across multiple teams
* Experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments
* Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata, platform operations, or architecture practices
* Experience with workflow automation, reporting, business intelligence, or project management tools
* Knowledge of process improvement, change management, or project management methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
