Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will oversee critical projects within the healthcare industry, leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and IT project management. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful initiatives and grow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile principles and practices throughout project lifecycles.
Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track progress, manage tasks, and report on project metrics.
Facilitate regular meetings and communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and address concerns.
Identify potential risks and create mitigation strategies to maintain project stability.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in IT project management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop and present comprehensive project documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
Integrate Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT project management within the healthcare sector or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
PMP Certification or equivalent qualification with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using Atlassian tools, particularly Jira, for project tracking and management.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Enterprise solutions and their applications in project workflows.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to identify risks and implement strategies to minimize their impact.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding teams and achieving project objectives.
