The role includes researching topics, simplifying complex information, adapting tone for different audiences, applying basic SEO, and editing for accuracy and consistency. You’ll collaborate with subject matter experts and manage multiple assignments to deadline.

Qualifications: Relevant degree or equivalent experience; professional writing or communications experience; strong research, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to tailor messaging, explain detailed topics simply, and manage competing priorities. Experience with customer communications, technical content, CMS platforms, and a writing portfolio is preferred.
