Job Overview: The Digital Product Coordinator, Technology Products, is part of the Commercial Division. This role supports the product development lifecycle by triaging issues, conducting research, and providing data-driven insights to inform backlog prioritization and strategy. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, test support, and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure product success and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: - Provide data analysis and insights to inform product strategy.
- Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis to prioritize product backlog.
- Support product playbacks with a focus on product metrics.
- Assist with advertising campaign management and general support.
- Test customer experience and manage creative placements and URLs for new campaign launches.
- Conduct product meetings, track progress, and report issues and risks to management and business owners.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership to ensure product success.
- Review and support test data, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Develop and maintain business rules for the product.
- Triage product issues to inform the product backlog.
- Perform bug/defect testing and research.
- Work across time zones as needed.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in technology, business, aviation management, communications, marketing, or related fields.
- 1+ years of relevant work experience.
- Preferred: 3 years of relevant industry experience (aviation, digital, campaign management).
- Knowledge of Cognos, Mosaic, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics, SQL, etc.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Rally, or other product and project tracking tools.
- Ability to conceptualize, create, and present analyses and strategies to all levels of leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees.
- Ability to build consensus and achieve results as part of a team.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to draw meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
- Knowledge of corporate policies and operational processes and procedures.

Pay Range: $53 - $57
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
