Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking an Angular Developer
Location - Southlake, TX (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office)
Duration - 12 months
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the subject matter expert responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex production issues across our front-office investment and operations applications. You'll collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and data providers to ensure system stability and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues across critical applications.
Own escalated issues end-to-end, coordinating with development and external teams as needed.
Communicate clearly and promptly with stakeholders during outages or incidents.
Ensure compliance with Change Implementation Management policies for all production changes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure new systems meet production readiness standards.
Maintain and update knowledge repositories for support-related activities.
Handle data access requests and other production system activities.
Drive automation and process improvements in Level 1 and Level 2 support functions.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience supporting Equity Front Office applications in a development or support role.
Strong incident, problem, and change management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.
Hands-on experience with:
Languages/Scripting: Angular, Node.js, Shell, Bash, Python
Debugging/Monitoring Tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes
Batch Scheduling: Control-M
Version Control/CI Tools: Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitHub
Database: Strong SQL skills for debugging complex queries
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Asset Management industry.
Public cloud experience or certification (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
Familiarity with automation frameworks for alerting and monitoring.
