We are seeking an experienced Juniper Mist Network Architect to join a growing healthcare technology environment supporting enterprise-scale network infrastructure. This position requires a hands-on networking professional with deep expertise in Juniper Mist wireless and switching technologies, strong Cisco networking experience, and the ability to contribute to network architecture, design, and modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background supporting mission-critical enterprise environments, troubleshooting complex network issues, and designing scalable solutions that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure utilizing Juniper Mist and Cisco technologies.
• Lead network architecture discussions and provide recommendations for future-state infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize wireless, switching, routing, and network security environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across LAN, WAN, and wireless environments.
• Evaluate existing network environments and identify opportunities for performance, scalability, and reliability improvements.
• Support network monitoring, performance management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Document network designs, standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper Mist Wireless and Switching platforms.
• Strong background supporting and troubleshooting Cisco Switching environments.
• Experience managing:
  • VLANs
  • Layer 2 & Layer 3 Switching
  • Routing Protocols
  • Enterprise Wireless Networks
  • Network Monitoring Tools
  • Network Performance Management Solutions
• Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve advanced networking issues.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Architecture & Design Experience

• Experience contributing to network architecture and infrastructure planning initiatives.
• Ability to assess current-state environments and develop scalable network solutions.
• Experience with capacity planning, design reviews, and technology recommendations.
• Understanding of enterprise networking best practices and modernization strategies.

Required Certifications
