Job Title: Oracle Technical Consultant – OIC & Peppol E-Invoicing
Technical Skills: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS. Financials modules AP/AR, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, UBL, Peppol, e-invoicing integrations.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion/EBS Financials Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and electronic invoicing integrations. The consultant will be responsible for integrating Oracle ERP applications with Peppol-compliant e-invoicing platforms and supporting country-specific e-invoicing requirements across Belgium, Germany and other EMEA countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Integrate Oracle Fusion ERP/Financials with external e-invoicing platforms and Peppol Access Points.
* Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations, XML transformations and invoice data mappings.
* Work with UBL XML and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 invoice specifications.
* Support Belgium’s mandatory B2B e-invoicing requirements and Germany’s e-invoicing formats and compliance requirements.
* Implement error handling, logging, retry mechanisms and invoice status tracking.
* Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT and production support.
* Collaborate with functional teams, tax specialists and third-party e-invoicing providers.
Required Skills
* Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integration experience, preferably Financials (AP/AR).
* Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, XSLT and data mapping.
* Experience integrating Oracle ERP with third-party e-invoicing solutions.
* Practical knowledge of Peppol, UBL XML and Peppol BIS Billing 3.0.
* Understanding of European e-invoicing compliance requirements.
