We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as an Item Master Data Analyst. This internship provides practical experience in data management, ERP systems, and business processes while developing analytical and technical skills.
This job is based in
Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working
hybrid.
Key responsibilities of the role:- Support the creation and maintenance of product data in the Oracle eBS ERP system.
- Assist in validating data to ensure accuracy and compliance with system standards.
- Help generate data reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Participate in data migration and system improvement initiatives.
- Respond to user requests and support ticket management using ServiceNow.
Required skills and qualifications:- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- Basic understanding of data quality, data modelling, or data analysis.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Preferred skills and qualifications:- Familiarity with Oracle eBS ERP or other ERP systems.
- Basic SQL or data reporting experience.
