Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep, hands-on RELEX implementation experience to lead a critical enterprise supply chain transformation initiative. This role will serve as a key driver of a large-scale RELEX implementation, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical project management capabilities with executive-level communication skills and a proven track record leading RELEX implementations from planning through execution.

This individual will establish structure where needed, manage complex dependencies, and drive alignment across a rapidly evolving environment. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence key stakeholders, and remain deeply engaged in the operational and technical details of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and governance for a large-scale RELEX implementation.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, supply chain, operations, and business functions.
  • Facilitate executive stakeholder meetings and provide clear, actionable project status communications.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities to maintain project momentum and delivery timelines.
  • Partner with implementation teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Establish project processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms in an evolving environment with limited predefined structure.
  • Foster strong relationships across business and technology organizations to support adoption and long-term success.

Key Requirements
  • Significant project or program management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Must have proven, hands-on experience leading RELEX implementation projects, preferably within large retail, supply chain, merchandising, or inventory planning environments.
  • Strong technical project management expertise, including project planning, dependency management, delivery tooling, risk management, and execution oversight.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale implementations involving multiple workstreams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, or retail technology ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior executives while also engaging deeply with technical teams.
  • Experience operating successfully in fast-paced environments with evolving processes, changing priorities, and organizational ambiguity.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
