Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect with deep functional expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will lead business transformation initiatives, define end-to-end CRM solution architecture, and provide strategic guidance for enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations.
- The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and executive leadership to design scalable, customer-centric solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Customer Insights, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Consulting
Define end-to-end CRM solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis.
Translate business requirements into scalable functional and solution designs.
Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.
Provide architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop data migration and master data management strategies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
12+ years of overall IT experience.
7+ years of Dynamics CRM/D365 CE implementation experience.
Minimum 3 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
Strong expertise in:
o D365 Sales
o D365 Marketing / Customer Insights - Journeys
o D365 Customer Service
Strong understanding of CRM business processes, customer lifecycle management, and digital transformation initiatives.
