Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Architect
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote-eligible

Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Architect to provide enterprise-level technical leadership across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, resilience, high availability, automation, and technology lifecycle initiatives.
The consultant will plan, design, implement, administer, operate, and upgrade enterprise infrastructure and security solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to provide architecture guidance, technical leadership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
This Classification must have a minimum of seven (7) years of applying Enterprise Architecture principles. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
This classification requires the possession of a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Each Key Staff for the Contractor must meet the minimum qualifications for the TDDC MSA Senior Enterprise Architect and Technical Architect classifications. Including but not limited to the following:
Staff Minimum Qualifications
A. Minimum of five years of experience supporting large-scale IT infrastructure operations in a lead capacity using Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service management best practices
B. Minimum of five years of combined experience in planning, designing, implementing, administering, operating, and upgrading the following groups of technologies:
1) Network technologies including Palo Alto firewalls, F5 or comparable load balancers, routers, and data center switches.
2) Operating systems including Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and Oracle Enterprise Linux.
3) Container and container management technologies such as Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
4) Middleware and System Software like Apache HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic, WildFly, and Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP).
5) Database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB, and Microsoft Azure Synapse
C. Minimum of five years of experience in planning, designing, implementing, administering, operating and upgrading the following groups of information technology solutions:
1) Privileged account management solutions using technologies like Thycotic and CyberArk.
2) Security Information and Event Management solutions using technologies like Splunk.
3) Threat and Vulnerability Management solutions using technologies like Tenable and Qualys.
4) Enterprise Identity and Access Management Solutions using technologies like Okta and Azure Active Directory.
D. Minimum of five years of applied information security experience with Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
E. Minimum of two years of experience planning and migrating on-premises infrastructure to cloud.
F. Minimum of three years of experience with knowledge transfer to state staff.
