looking for a skilled Product Owner / Business Analyst to work closely with business, technology, and data teams to deliver data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements, managing the product backlog in an Agile environment, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and analytical outcomes
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
2.Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum environment
3.Work closely with data and analytics teams to define data requirements, KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs
4.Support and actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
5.Ensure continuous alignment between business objectives and data-driven solutions
6.Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and successful deliver
Mandatory Skills:
Credit Card, Banking, Financial Services, Data & Analytics
1. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
2. Proven experience in writing clear, concise, and well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria
3.Experience working with data, analytics, or reporting teams
4.Ability to translate complex business problems into functional and data requirements
5.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Skills:
Project Management, Program management, Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management
1.Experience with customer acquisition, attribution, and measurement frameworks
2.Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (web, mobile app, or marketing analytics)
