Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience building, deploying, or operating cloud-native applications using Kubernetes and Docker
- Strong proficiency in Linux or Windows system administration
- Experience with shell scripting and automation tools
- Proven experience running Docker in production environments
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP/S, HTML, JavaScript, XML, and CSS
- Working knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., C#, PowerShell, Java, Go, Ruby, ASP.NET, or similar)
- Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform)
- Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud-first architectures
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Desired Skills & Experience - Exposure to Kubernetes environments outside of public cloud (e.g., on-prem or hybrid setups)
- Experience working with or contributing to open-source technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and distributed computing concepts
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver solutions end-to-end

What You'll Be Doing Core Responsibilities - Manage and maintain scalable infrastructure across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform)
- Install, configure, and maintain databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Support and optimize DevOps toolchains including Jenkins, Artifactory, Consul, and similar tools
- Build and manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized workloads
- Deploy and maintain open-source technologies such as Docker, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Fluentd
- Develop monitoring solutions to ensure system performance and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve production issues to maintain uptime and system health
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to promote cloud-native best practices
- Lead smaller technical initiatives and contribute to larger infrastructure projects
- Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems
